This natural, finely milled bright yellow powder has a high fat content of 30% and a volatile oil (AITC) content of minimum 0.75%. Its intense pungency makes it ideal for spicy sauces, condiments, marinades, and other culinary applications where a strong, vibrant taste is desired.
